Crunchy Granola Bites

Ingredients (for about 8 to 10 bites):

  • 100 g of Granola Pulse (nut or chocolate)
  • 70 g Pulse peanut butter
  • 30 g maple syrup or agave
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of plant milk (if necessary to adjust the texture)
  • 60 g vegan dark chocolate, melted

  1. Prepare the base: Mix the peanut butter with the granola until everything is well coated. If the dough is too dry, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of plant-based milk to help it bind well.
  2. Form the bites: using your hands, shape them into walnut-sized balls (about 20g each). Press firmly so that they hold together. Place them on a plate covered with baking paper.
  3. Refrigeration: Place the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
  4. Chocolate coating: Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork, and place them on the baking paper.
  5. Finishing and resting: Leave the bites in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden. For a gourmet touch, sprinkle them with a little crumbled granola before the chocolate is completely set.

Enjoy these crunchy and protein-packed bites, ideal for a gourmet and balanced break. They can be stored for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
