Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the day after you physically take possession of the goods. If more than 14 days have passed since possession was taken, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Other items for which returns are not allowed:
* Food products that can deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life
* Gift cards
* Software, e-books, and other downloadable documents
* Certain health and personal care products
The customer can submit their request, clearly expressing the decision to withdraw from the contract, by contacting customer service via the contact page on the website, or by sending the completed withdrawal form to the address: Sint-Lambertusstraat 135, 1200 Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
You are then required to return or deliver the goods to Pulse Protein, at your own expense, within 14 days following the communication of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. If you do not meet this deadline, no refund will be possible.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Afterward, contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable):
Only items at full price are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items with inherent defects or items that you can prove were already damaged at the time of delivery. If you need to replace your item with the same item, please email us at hello@pulseprotein.co and send your item to: Rue Bergenblok 2, 1970 Wezembeek-Oppem, Belgium.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: Rue Bergenblok 2, 1970 Wezembeek-Oppem, Belgium.
The shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth over €75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
