Ingredients
For about 10 cookies :
- 250 g of protein peanut butter
- 150 g of coconut sugar
- 50 g of rice flour
- 20 g of cornstarch
- 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of plant-based milk to adjust consistency
Recipe
- Mix the dry ingredients: rice flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
- Add the peanut butter and sugar. Mix until you obtain a thick dough.
- Add the plant-based milk gradually until you achieve a smooth but non-sticky texture.
- Form balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Slightly flatten them to give them a cookie shape.
- Bake in the oven at 175°C (350°F) for 12 to 14 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
