Vegan Salted Caramel

Ingredients

  • 200g of dates
  • 30g of peanut butter
  • vanilla powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 150ml of water

Instructions

  • Prepare the dates: heat the dates with the water over medium/low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring well. The dates should become very soft.
  • Blend the ingredients: transfer the mixture to a blender (let it cool slightly if needed). Add the peanut butter, vanilla and the pinch of sea salt, then blend until you get a smooth puree. You can add a bit of water to adjust the texture if needed.
