Chocolate peanut cup

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut blossom sugar

Preparation

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking time: 2 hours
  • Quantity: 6 cups

Recipe

  • Melt the chocolate.
  • Fill the silicone cupcake molds halfway and spread the chocolate evenly around the edges of the mold.
  • Place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, add the peanut butter with the coconut blossom sugar and mix.
  • Add the mixture to the bottom of the chocolate cups.
  • Cover everything with melted chocolate.
  • Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
