High-Protein Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 180g of oat flakes
  • 25g of cocoa powder
  • 60g of Pulse chocolate protein powder (2 servings)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda or baking powder
  • 300 ml of plant-based drink
  • 50g of dates blended with 60ml of hot water
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • 65g of Greek yogurt (or its plant-based alternative)
  • 2 tbsp (35 g) melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 75g of dark chocolate chips or cocoa nibs

Preparation

  1. Blend the dates with the hot water and banana until you obtain a smooth puree.
  2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: oat flakes, cocoa, protein powder, salt and baking powder.
  3. Add the milk, date puree, mashed banana, yogurt, coconut oil and vanilla. Mix well until you obtain a smooth paste.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Grease a mold with a little coconut oil and pour in the batter.
  6. Bake at 175°C for 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before enjoying or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
