High-Protein Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients for 6 people
- 180g of oat flakes
- 25g of cocoa powder
- 60g of Pulse chocolate protein powder (2 servings)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda or baking powder
- 300 ml of plant-based drink
- 50g of dates blended with 60ml of hot water
- ½ banana, mashed
- 65g of Greek yogurt (or its plant-based alternative)
- 2 tbsp (35 g) melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 75g of dark chocolate chips or cocoa nibs
Preparation
- Blend the dates with the hot water and banana until you obtain a smooth puree.
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: oat flakes, cocoa, protein powder, salt and baking powder.
- Add the milk, date puree, mashed banana, yogurt, coconut oil and vanilla. Mix well until you obtain a smooth paste.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Grease a mold with a little coconut oil and pour in the batter.
- Bake at 175°C for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool before enjoying or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
