Apple Slice Pancakes

Transform your breakfasts into a delicious and nutritious moment with this original recipe for protein pancakes with apple slices, perfect for a balance between sweetness, crunchiness and benefits!

Ingredients :

  • 75g Pulse Protein pancake mix
  • 80 ml of vegetable milk (soy, almond, oat, etc.)
  • 1/2 very ripe banana (mashed) or 60 g unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 apple (cut into thick slices, cored)
  • A little coconut oil for cooking

 

Instructions :

  1. Prepare the dough:
    • In a bowl, mix the Pulse Protein pancake mix with 80 ml of plant-based milk.
    • Add mashed banana or applesauce
    • Mix well until you obtain a smooth, slightly thick paste.
  2. Prepare the apple slices:
    • Wash and cut the apple into thick slices of about 1 cm.
    • Remove the core with a cookie cutter or knife to form a ring.
  3. Coat the apple slices:
    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little coconut oil.
    • Dip each apple slice into the pancake batter, making sure to coat both sides.
  4. Cooking :
    • Carefully place the coated slices in the hot pan.
    • Cook each side for 2-3 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
    • Repeat with the other washers.
  5. Serve :
    • Arrange pancakes on a plate. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup, a dusting of cinnamon, or protein nut butter.
