Ingredients :
- 75g Pulse Protein pancake mix
- 80 ml of vegetable milk (soy, almond, oat, etc.)
- 1/2 very ripe banana (mashed) or 60 g unsweetened applesauce
- 1 apple (cut into thick slices, cored)
- A little coconut oil for cooking
Instructions :
- Prepare the dough:
- In a bowl, mix the Pulse Protein pancake mix with 80 ml of plant-based milk.
- Add mashed banana or applesauce
- Mix well until you obtain a smooth, slightly thick paste.
- Prepare the apple slices:
- Wash and cut the apple into thick slices of about 1 cm.
- Remove the core with a cookie cutter or knife to form a ring.
- Coat the apple slices:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little coconut oil.
- Dip each apple slice into the pancake batter, making sure to coat both sides.
- Cooking :
- Carefully place the coated slices in the hot pan.
- Cook each side for 2-3 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Repeat with the other washers.
- Serve :
- Arrange pancakes on a plate. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup, a dusting of cinnamon, or protein nut butter.
