Smoothie bowl

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp Pulse Protein Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp mixed flax seeds
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Almond milk
  • 1 scoop of Pulse Vanilla Protein Powder

Toppings:

  • Extra blueberries
  • Pulse Protein Granola with Nuts
  • Pulse Protein Peanut Butter

Instructions :

Blend all ingredients until smooth, pour into a bowl and add the toppings.
