Peanut Butter Tarts

A delicious gluten-free and lactose-free recipe!

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 glass of almonds
  • 1 glass of grated coconut
  • 8 medijool dates
  • 1/2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa

For the filling:

  • 2 cups of cashew nuts
  • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 glass of coconut oil
  • 1/2 glass of maple syrup
  • 1/2 glass of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Preparation

  • Preparation time: 30 minutes
  • Quantity: 6 to 7 tartlets

Recipe

  1. Mix the dough ingredients at high speed.
  2. Place the dough in small pie molds and refrigerate.
  3. Then mix all the filling ingredients.
  4. Fill the tart shells with the mixture and it's ready!
