Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 glass of almonds
- 1 glass of grated coconut
- 8 medijool dates
- 1/2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
For the filling:
- 2 cups of cashew nuts
- 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 glass of coconut oil
- 1/2 glass of maple syrup
- 1/2 glass of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Preparation
- Preparation time: 30 minutes
- Quantity: 6 to 7 tartlets
Recipe
- Mix the dough ingredients at high speed.
- Place the dough in small pie molds and refrigerate.
- Then mix all the filling ingredients.
