Peanut butter protein tofu bowl

Ingredients

For one person

  • 150g firm tofu, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of Pulse peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of tamari sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 bowl of cooked quinoa
  • Vegetables of your choice: carrots, zucchini, peppers...
  • A few coriander leaves (for garnish)

Recipe

  1. Mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, water, and ginger to form a smooth sauce.
  2. Fry the tofu cubes in a hot pan with a little oil, then add the sauce. Mix well to coat the tofu.
  3. Serve the tofu over a bowl of quinoa with the vegetables, and sprinkle with turmeric and coriander.
